Following
the mail sent this week to all EDS employees, considered as unacceptable,
based on the following issues :
1) December 30th : Deadline to answer . Too short.
2) Transaction amount blocked at 6 payroll months for all, above and
beyond the legal compensation.
3)
No communication at all from the french management.
4)
Absolutly no condition for forced dismissals.
Our
expectations are:

beyond the legal compensation.
3) Minumum of transaction amount : 6 payroll months, above and beyond
the legal compensation.
4)
Specific conditions for forced laid-off employees, at least equal to
volunteers conditions with better considerations for their outplacement.
If
no satisfaction is obtained after the meeting scheduled on December 16th
with the work councils (Union), we will undertake the following actions :
1)
EDS France will go on strike (all the sites and all the employees) :
December 18th
2) Meeting in front the Hauts de Seine prefecture (governement
administration bureaux) near EDS headquarter site
